- Do I need to book in advance or can I just walk in?
- A booking is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. The process on-site still requires you to make a booking on the spot to use a locker.
- What can I store in your lockers?
- Your locker is ready to hold suitcases, backpacks, bags, jackets, and anything else that fits inside—as long as it's not a prohibited item.
- Are there any items I’m not allowed to store? (Prohibited Items)
- It is forbidden to store items prohibited by law or considered hazardous under current regulations, as well as items that, due to their nature or packaging, could harm people, the environment, or other stored luggage.
- How is the rental duration calculated?
- Check here the rental fees. Please note, to ensure the security of your luggage and provide the best possible service, a small handling fee of €0.20 is added to each rate shown.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments are exclusively digital. We accept online payments via Visa, MasterCard, PagoBancomat, Apple Pay, Stripe, and other enabled electronic methods.
- What happens if I exceed the booked/paid rental time?
- Your belongings are safe: the locker will remain locked until you return! However, if you exceed your rental end time, you can still access your personal items by paying a surcharge for the extra time used. This will include a 50% hourly markup on the initial rate.
- We kindly ask you to respect your scheduled pickup time to ensure punctual service for the other travelers who have booked after you.
- Is the storage safe? How do you protect my belongings?
- Absolutely! The facility is protected by a 24/7 video surveillance system. In the event of a break-in, the alarm is automatically triggered and is directly connected to the police, ensuring a rapid response and maximum security.
- Is my luggage insured in case of theft or damage?
- Yes! All details are explained in our "Terms and Conditions" that you can find before registering to book.
Can I access my locker multiple times during the rental period?
Once your booking and payment are complete, you can access your locker freely and without limits until the rental period expires.
What if I come to pick up my luggage after closing time?
The facility is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you arrive outside of these hours, you will have to wait until we reopen to retrieve your luggage.
What should I do if I lose my access code?
Don't worry! In the event you lose your code, simply call the assistance number and request that the email with your code be sent to you again.

I forgot an item in the locker after closing it. How can I get it back?
